HMS Products Co. has addressed the industry’s need to maximize efficiencies through reducing downtime and maintenance. By manufacturing a transfer with standard components that are readily available, we are able to take worn or damaged transfer units and refurbish them at our state of the art facility. We also have the capability to provide limited refurbishment of your transfer systems on site if required.

Preventive Maintenance Inspection Programs
This service would offer the Customer an annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection Schedule: Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Yearly, or Yearly.

Transfer System Refurbishment
Refurbishment includes the following services at the HMS Facility:
• Return the System to its original specification
• Return System's wiring to it original specification
• Provide Warranty on System

Transfer Tooling Replacement
Replacement includes rebuilding the tooling from it's original Engineering Drawings. The Transfer Bar will include:
• New Finger and Plate components
• New 3/4 Squares
• Junction Boxes
• Proximity Probes and Cables
