• Fully programmable motion profiles (electronic cams) deliver optimal throughput for an unlimited number of parts



• Top Stop & Restart: When the press ram stops at the top of its cycle, the transfer system will follow the cam of the virtual master to a safe “down and out of the way” position.



• Multiple password levels allow the manufacturing management team to maintain control of certain transfer system parameters. This helps to reduce operator induced downtime



• Detailed production history, error logging, and fault recovery diagnostics information are all easily accessed from the intuitive custom operator interface



• Viewing of the transfer’s operations manual and electrical drawings are also possible via the operator interface on transfers with PC based controls
