600 Series Part Transfer System with Bolster Mounted Swingout Transfer Bar Carrier Assemblies offer a variable pitch range of 1 to 72 inches that will accommodate a full family of parts in a Two, Three, or Four axis mode. Parts that are 1 to 100 inches wide are easily transferred on our systems with the variable width option. Because the Finger Clamp and Lift motion are still driven from the ram of the press, safety is insured by mechanical safety clutches.

Servo-Mechanical Part Transfer System
- Clamp and Lift Axes are driven directly from slide of the press
- Pitch axis is independently driven from an external servo drive
- Safety Clutches protect drive train and tooling in X, Y, and Z motions
- Integral Transfer System Monitor system monitors process, and part flow, and will issue a stop in event of a faulted condition
- System May be Press Mounted or Die Mounted
- Part Flow May be in Left to Right OR Front to Back direction
- Can be incorporated in to a Progressive – to Transfer application
- Multiple tooling bars can accommodate a family of products from a single transfer unit
- Pitch distance and timing are fully programmable at the field technician level
- Clamp and Lift travels and timing can be modified with a simple change in cams
- System may be adapted to QDC by incorporating optional Swing Out Provisions to allow unrestricted Press / Bolster / Die access
